Hi,
This summer, along with thousands of others, I'm going to ride my bike from London to Brighton to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
My aim is to have a bit of fun, wear myself out on the day and raise as much as possible for the BHF from your donations, the alternative was a popular sponsored skipping challenge run by the BHF, but to be honest I decided against it because I felt I would look slightly less ridiculous in shiny lycra biking shorts. You're welcome to decide on the day ;-)
Do you know about the BHF? It uses its money to fund 260 home-visit heart care Nurses in the UK and buys new defibrillators for first aiders, also, the BHF runs more than 1200 research projects aimed at identifying better treatments for people with heart disease and I like that, I think they do a good job.
If you decide to sponsor me - thank you! - and please use gift aid if appropriate (see words below).
Thks, Tony, Tommy Blink, Mr Bread (delete as appropriate).

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: British Heart Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
