Well, you've come this far. All you have to do now is decide how much to donate (then add a bit more) and type in your credit card number. Easy. You can leave the hard bit - that's the running - to me.

I feel unfit, unwell and hopelessly under-trained. But it's too late to do anything about that now. I'll be on the start line at 9.45am sharp, Sunday April 23, and I'll cross the finish line on the Mall some time after lunch. What happens in between, I've no idea.
