Welcome friends, I know what you're thinking,

"Heart disease is the biggest killer in the UK but sponsoring Steve to cycle from London to Brighton doesn't seem like a very good way to donate money, he'll probably not make it out of the congestion charging zone"

Well, you may be right, but I'll try, and the more you give, the harder I'll try...
