On the 16th October 2009, I set out with 24 of my colleagues from GalaCoral to trek to Everest Base Camp. We are attempting to raise in excess of £100,000 from the trip for Sue Ryder Care.

This trip will be very challenging whether it is the cold temperatures, the trekking, the altitude sickness and maybe even a possible encounter with a yeti! These challenges however are miniscule compared to the day to day challenges that face many of the people that Sue Ryder Care help.

Any donations will assist Sue Ryder to continue to provide the much needed care and will be greatly appreciated.
