Dear All

I am raising money for Central & Cecil (see details below) by walking across London's bridges - I did so earlier this month in the pouring rain and returned home limp and shivering and had to take to my bed to recover. Pathetic, I know!

The money needs to be in by the end of this week so please take 5 minutes to donate here on line if you can
