It was the wife's idea. Send the boys out on a "fun-run" dressed as Santa Claus.
So, like any obedient husband, that's exactly what I am going to do.
Tom, Jezz and myself will all be donning the red and white jacket, hat and beard of Little Saint Nick and "trotting" round some park for the Tunbridge Wells Santa Jog.
I will hopefully be updating this page with my training updates
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: British Heart Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So, please do sponsor me; it's for a good cause after all.
TRAINING UPDATE (25/11/2009): For today's run, I decided to run round Master Park 4 and bit times (well until I registered 5km on my phone!) - http://bit.ly/8rC3Jq
TRAINING UPDATE (23/11/2009): Ran today - the hilly windy Oxted route AGAIN!! - http://bit.ly/5NmkVm
TRAINING UPDATE (18/11/2009): Didnt run in Wales as the weather was not great and breakfast was too good! Ran today - the hilly windy Oxted route. http://bit.ly/ScPka
TRAINING UPDATE (12/11/2009): 2 lunch-time runs this week. Not strictly timed them, but about 30mins to do 2.6miles (just over 4k). Will probably be running in Welsh Wales this weekend.
TRAINING UPDATE (02/11/2009): I didn't start last week, so better start this week. Too much left-over halloween chocolate in the house is definetley not a good thing. Though can be seen as an incentive as I have promised myself that I am allowed to eat it again after the run.
TRAINING UPDATE (26/10/209): I'm starting this week. Better late than never.
