As many of you may already know, on 15th December 2008, my best friend Lieutenant Aaron Lewis of 29 Commando Royal Artillery was killed in service in Afghanistan. Those who met or knew him, know that Aaron was a truly inspiring person who achieved so much in such a short time, and who approached every task with nothing less than 110%. In his honour, I am running the Run to the Beat half-marathon on 27th Sept 2009 in Greenwich. I am running on behalf of the MSF Charity as it was one that Aaron felt very passionate about and one that he himself planned to work with one day. I'm sure you will all agree this is a great and worthy cause, and every donation will be greatly appreciated. Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: MSF gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation. Thank you for your support, Ryan
