My personal message:

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Given me Dad had major heart surgery in the 1970s and survived to give me a clip round the ear as I was growing up, I recon it is a worthwhile challange.

Lancaster to York (the hard way) 100 miles on the 2 August.

Not to mention the benifits of sorting out my waist line!!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: British Heart Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!

Come on dont be tight get you hand in you wallets ... its a 100 miles up hill and down dale!
