My personal message:

Just to let you know I completed the marathon in 4hrs 3min, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. the whole event was great from the organisation, competitors and spectators.

I sure you agree it is such an important charity which has touched my family's heart and millions more with their shear dedication to beating heart disease.
