My story
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Macmillan Cancer Support gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
Thanks to the Watford branch of Cotswold Outdoor (the 'blue pyramid' building at the bottom of Watford High Street) for donating a pair of walking shoes for me to use. They supply all kinds of best quality items for outdoors.
Since 2007 I have been doing these walks and so far with your generous donations have raised over £2000 plus at least another £1000 this time .
There have been too many of our family and friends who have sadly left us in the last few years, so a big thanks goes to everyone who has given to this very worthwhile charity.
You can still sponsor me for this years walk completed on a very wet Sunday June 5th, and lets not forget - My Mum, Ben, Warwick, Hilary,Tony, Jim, Glen and many, many more.
Just got to my target, thanks everyone. I know it's tough out there but you have all done me proud. Still a few pledges to collect, but only £85 outstanding.
