Avast!

A dastardly crew of six sea-dogs shall be taking ship from the port of Bristol this August on a cross-country voyage to London. The purpose of their voyage? To obtain booty by whatever means for those fine folk at Wateraid.

Their craft? None but the finest pedal boats; as sea...or canal worthy as any vessel that ever did sail the seven seas...or boating lakes.

The 140 mile voyage should take 2 weeks, given favourable winds, at an average speed of 1-2 knots (to ye landlubbers that's approximately...er, very slow).

You will be able to see how the voyage is going by reading the online log at www.pedallingpirates.co.uk
