All of us who work in housing organisations are being encouraged to "sweat our assets..." and this seemed like a good way!

This was my sixth marathon for Crisis - since 2002, lots of generous people have given more than £42,000 for the previous 5 runs, and this has continued in 2007 as you can see from ther total above.  Crisis still needs as much as we can raise to support their work with homeless people, helping them to rebuild their lives.

The race itself produced my lowest time of the six - 4 hours 33 minutes - and the excuses are a dodgy calf muscle recurring at nine miles, the heat and general old age setting in..but always next year for that elusive 3.45!
