Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. UPDATE - I managed to complete the 10k in 50 minutes and 2 seconds which was quite a lot better than I'd managed in training so am very chuffed. Edie's story is also in South London Press on 26 May. A huge thanks to everyone for their support. I am running the BUPA London 10,000 (gulp!) to raise funds for Kingpins. I chair Kingpins - the patient information network for the King's College Hospital Limb Reconstruction Trust. I'm involved with the Trust because the medical team who set it up have been treating my daughter Edie since she was born and continue to treat her. Despite her history of limb reconstruction Edie has always been enthusiastic about running - I'm hoping that will rub off on me! Anything you can contribute will help other limb reconstruction patients at Kings.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: KCH Limb Reconstruction Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now!
