My personal message:

I will be taking part in the BUPA London 10,000 on Bank Holiday Monday, 26th May 2008. I am running this 10k race on behalf of Kisharon to raise money for this wonderful organisation. I am committed to raise £500 and hope that you will help me to achieve this goal.
