It was a weak moment and I confess I was under the influence of alcohol when I was coerced into doing the marathon. It seemed like a good idea at the time... and it still does because I am giong to raise a huge amount of money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.I admire the Marie Curie nurses so much. They have a such positive effect on the lives of those suffering the traumas of cancer. They put a huge amount of effort into fund raising and with a little help from us, more people can benefit from the care they provide.Nevertheless, I still have to run 26 miles to get the money so for a little extra motivation think that the money you give will not only go to a great charity but will force me to go through a whole world of pain. Furthermore, by pledging through this website Gift Aid is automatically claimed so the government pay 28p for every pound you sponsor. Thanks
