My personal message:

This year I have decided to try something new - not training properly. In just a few weeks we will be able to test the effectiveness of this strategy to destruction.

If you can be there with an industrial quantity of Deep Heat then I will be forever grateful. If you can't, why not take this opportunity to give some money to charity: specifically the thoroughly excellent Clic Sargent.
