MARATHON TIME AGAIN!!!!

Once again I have found myself entered into a marathon......only this year is a different destination, and with a couple of added runs later in the year! So, this year I will be raising money for the limbless association by running the following:

 1. Albert BartlettEdinburghMarathon 2009 (26.2m!)

2. British 10km

3. Great South Run (10m)

For those who don't know, for the few years I have been working in Amputee Therapy at Roehampton, Queen Mary's Hospital. The Limbless Association is a charity based at Roehampton that give a great deal of support not only to a huge amount of Amputees at Roehampton, but to Amputees all over the . I therefore feel very passionately about raising as much money as i can, so that i can contribute to the great work that they do. So please show your support and sponsor me as much as you can, any amount pounds or pennies.....it all counts!

It is really easy to sponsor online using this site. Also, if you tick the box for gift aid, it means that the Limbless Association can claim back 28p in tax from every pound you donate. I also have some sponsor forms if you would rather not use a computer, so please let me know.

And of course any support on any of the days would be amazing, it made a huge difference the last few years seeing my support team around the course.....feeding me sweets and orange juice!

Once again, I plan to organise a Mixed Netball Tournament to raise money towards the total. So anyone who got the taste for netball last year, I will keep you informed of the plans!
