Our personal message:

Hi Folks,

We're taking the tandem to Copenhagen to join the rally at the UN Climate Change Conference in December.  We thought getting there by bike would be appropriate and we'd like to use the event to raise funds for Christian Aid.  We would be honoured and delighted if you would consider sponsoring our efforts.
