YoungMinds supports parents and children through an information service and publications, and works with professionals to develop their understanding of children's mental health through training and consultancy work. YoungMinds also encourages key decision makers to acknowledge children's mental health in public services.

As you're probably aware, getting the chance to run in the London marathon is very rare. I have been very lucky to have been given this opportunity, but I still need to make a significant contribution to the charity. They receive a very limited number of passes for runners to raise funds for their cause, so I need to raise as much as possible to warrant my place in the line-up.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: YoungMinds will receive your money directly, and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no extra cost to you.
