Our personal message:

Thank you for coming to our page and sponsoring us online to run the 2004 London Marathon for the NAS.

Both of us are very excited (and terrified) of doing it, but it's one of those things that we think you should do just once in your life.

This is the most efficient way for us to raise funds for our charity. If you are a UK taxpayer your donation will be increased by almost a third at no cost to you.

Any amount will make a difference but pleeeeeeease try to give generously as we will never be doing anything like this ever again!!!
