I know - I can hardly believe it's true also - I'm going to be running the London Marathon this year! My story will be included in a BBC1 documentary 'Run for Glory' to raise the profile of young people living with HIV/AIDS in the UK. I want to raise money to support the UK's only weekend HIV testing centre for young people under the age of 27. Founded in 1999, Health Initiatives - HI work is vital in the fight against HIV in the UK and receives no government funding.

Please dig deep and sponsor me online - i'm aiming to raise the cost of premises in Central London. I'm looking for a 1,500 square feet to provide weekend HIV testing and support/education services for young people during the week. Crusaid, The Monument Trust and the Mac Foundation are supporting this pioneering clinic in the UK.

For more information please check out www.healthinitiatives.org We REALLY need your support as there are currently no weekend HIV Testing services for young people living with HIV/AIDS or peer based support in the UK.
