My story
Tom and I have decided to accept the challenge and complete the Heart of Sussex Walk.
We'd like to say that we're doing it because we think that the local committee are working very hard and that they are diligent, dedicated and determined in their efforts to fund raise - and they want our support. But actually, the real reason is because the British Heart Foundation is a very worthwhile cause and we have been affected by our nearest and dearest with Coronary Heart Disease [CHD]
The BHF not only informs, support and advises but it also trains sufferers and their families how to live with heart conditions.
