Our personal message:

Hi All  

I will be taking part in a 16 day trek to Everest Base Camp along with 24 other trekkers from across the Gala Coral group in aid of Sue Ryder Care.  Our group target is to raise £100k and I have a personal target of £4000.    

Please, please sponsor me to help me meet and exceed my target as Sue Ryder Care really is a fantastic charity and I want to raise as much as possible. 

Even if your motives for sponsoring me are not so nice i.e you want me to fall off a mountain! or you want to see me suffer physical exhaustion, blisters, altitiude sickness and sub zero temperatures, please sponsor me.
