I did it!!

Really enjoyed it, was such an amazing experience.  The last 6 miles were very tough - mega thigh burn and battered toenails....! Was fairly hot too, but the weather made for a great atmosphere.

What a fantastic feeling to cross the finish line. Really chuffed with my time of 4 hours and 5 mins, especially considering the heat.

So, so grateful for all the donations from you all.  I never thought I would raise this much money for Equilibrium. Its such a good cause and obviously a very personal one for us.  The sponsorship definately kept me going and I felt my Dad there with me all the way.

Many thanks again, and to everyone who came to support me on the day, and help get me to the pub! Especially Mum, so proud of you.

Would I do another Marathon? Never say never!!  xxx
