Half Marathon for Breast Cancer
Good evening, morning, or whatever time of day it is - either way that particular detail is irrelevant. What's slightly more to the point is that, for one reason or another (more for one than the other) I'm going to be running this half marathon (13.1 miles) for Breast Cancer Campaign.
I won't bombard you with statistics or reasons as to why the charity is worth donating to, as I'm sure everyone's aware of the problems and how important it is that organisations such as this exist. However, what I would like is for anyone that's able, to sponsor me. In fact, that would be awesome and I'd possibly love you for ever (or at least a fair while).
Due to the well known situation right now, I fully understand that many people won't be able to. But it doesn't matter how much; anything and everything is great. So if you can, please give these nice people some money.
And if you would like further persuasion, remember this: I hate running. I love exercise of many forms, but I hate distance running. So if you have given money, you can contribute to 13.1 miles of pain.
Whether you're doing it for the breasts, to see me knackered or just the fact I will be doing this in a bright pink vest (fact), give anything you can. And if you can't, again, just take enjoyment that not only will I be slightly destroyed by said run, I will also be in such a state in a bright pink vest. Oh my.
Endless thanks to everyone that has helped.
