On Sunday 10th August 2008 I completed the Olympic distance London Triathlon in 2 hours 37 minutes and 24 seconds. My individual splits were:

1500m Swim: 00:33:30
40 km Bike: 01:09:27
10 km Run: 00:48:08

This puts me in 233rd place out of 441 in my age group (25-29).

As of race day I have raised £1073.97 (including £210.97 Gift Aid) for IDE-UK, a charity that helps farmers in the developing world bring themselves out of poverty by helping them to gain access to the water, credit and farming knowledge they need to increase their yields and have enough food to sell at market.

My fundraising target, however, is £2500, so your donations will continue to be greatly appreciated until this page closes on the 10th November 2008.
