On June 7th I successfully completed the Norwich 50, on a wet and windy day. I've posted more details on my blog. This was the longest ride I have achieved in many years.

As I write this, I raised £221.21 in sponsorship before the ride, and I will make a matching donation to the Marie Curie Cancer Fund over the next few days.

This page will remain active for a few more months, and so if you would like to congratulate me by making a donation to the BHF, I (and they) would be very grateful.
