Our personal message:

Vickie and I are taking part in the BHF's River Nile Bike Ride in November 2009.  It's 414km and that seems a bit daunting at the moment, but we CAN DO IT!

We are supporting each other through this challenge, so we come as a team!  We have lots of fundraising events planned so we shall keep in touch and let you know what's going on.

We would really appreciate any help you can give us and if you wish to make a donation, donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure.
