Hi guys,

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

Mad as I am (and those who really know me will know that is true ), I'm so impressed with Chickenshed for all it does and what the kids produce that I have decided to fulfil a 2009 goal of mine in one hit (or run!) and that is to raise money for a very worthy cause AND to run a marathon - my first one .

If you can find the time, the Chickenshed performances are worth the trip to experience such amazing raw talent and passion.  You can find out more by going to www.chickenshed.org.uk

As I will be busy training in the following weeks (eeek!) I've opted for using this great & simple way of gathering donations.  And there are advantages for you too, because by donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It really is the most efficient way to sponsor me: Chickenshed gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now, don't put it off, get it over and done with and just think of me come April 'jiggling' across the finish line after being on my feet for ??? well I don't know how long it will take me, but hopefully it will be before dark on the same day .
