My personal message:

I thought it was about time to raise some money for the charity that has funded much of our cardiac surgical research at St Thomas' over the years. The Nile Challenge is a great opportunity for me to help with this. We are cycling the 414 or so kilometres from Luxor to Aswan over 5 days in November (up to 126 km per day!). Hopefully if we raise enough for the BHF they may be even keener to support out research in the future.

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page and thanks for any help and sponsorship that you are able to provide.
