When you next sit down on your toilet, imagine the indignity of not having a decent place to 'go'.  If you are a woman, imagine having to do your business in full view of your male family members.  That, or risk a long walk into the bush to find a place to squat, only to be followed and ridicluled by the kids from down the road.

This is the scandal that exists for millions of people.

Now imagiine that you have a toilet, but that water is so precious you couldn't  think of wasting it to flush.

Clean, safe, water to drink, some privacy to poo, and a hygenic method of disposal.  Not too much to ask really?
