Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Starlight Children's Foundation will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now! It has been my ambition to run the London Marathon for a number of years so when I joined my local running club last year I jumped at the chance of marshalling at last years marathon to guarantee me a place in this years! So please support me in running the most challenging race of my life!

I chose Starlight because they gave my youngest sister Debbie a ray of sunshine in the form of a new computer, which she wished for. She was diagnosed with non-hodgkins disease ( cancer of the lymph glands) when she was just 11 years old back in 1998. Thankfully the cancer was treated successfully and she is now a healthy 21 year old! However not all those children who Starlight help will be as lucky and it is for them, and their memory, that I run for.
