My personal message:

Hi

WE MADE IT!!

On Sunday the 25th October all 25 trekkers from Gala Coral successfully made the trek to Everest Base Camp. It was a wonderful feeling and without a doubt the most physically and emotionally demanding thing I have ever done.

Many many thanks to all of you have sponsored me - it is hugely appreciated by both me and by Sue Ryder Care.

You can read about our progress to Base Camp at www.galacoraleveresttrek.co.uk

Although we have reached our target of raising £100,000 for Sue Ryder Care (www.suerydercare.org) our fund raising efforts continiue and any contribution that you can make will be gratefully appreciated by both myself and Sue Ryder Cares.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Sue Ryder Care gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

If you could take a couple of minutes to sponsor me I would be very grateful.

With many thanks for your support.

Ewen
