My story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I am running the Royal Park Half Marathon on Sunday 9 October 2011 for Breast Cancer Research. The race starts and finishes in Hyde Park and I will run 13.1 miles through four of London’sRoyalParks(Hyde Park,KensingtonGardens, The Green Park and St James’s Park) and past landmarks includingBuckinghamPalace, the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, Marble Arch and the Royal Albert Hall!

I am running on behalf of a charity which unfortunately has had a major impact on my life over the last few years and I have made it an annual life commitment to run in a half marathon to raise as much money as I can for my chosen charity.

I am aiming to beat my time of 1hr 43 mins 19 sec from the Run to the Beat Half Marathon that I completed in October 2010 where I raised over £500!!
