Hi Boys and Girls

It's not a marathon this time but the British 10 k and I am running it with the lovely Tsunami team, which include  Andy, Neil and Karen. We raise money for the GMFA and ask you to please help us to support these guys doing a great job for our cummunity.

I know it's recession but every little help is very much appriciated and I hope to see you on race day and afterwards with the team on the grassy Knoll and RVT.
