As Nestlé UK employees you voted to support Marie Curie Cancer Care as your Charity of the Year (May 2009 – April 2010).

Your support for Marie Curie Cancer Care will make a real and tangible difference to your local community. Together as a company, we aim to raise more than £250,000, funding at least 12,500 hours of nursing care for people with cancer and other terminal illnesses in their own homes.

This year, Marie Curie Nurses will allow almost 27,000 patients to die with dignity in their own home. But for every family the charity helps, there’s another it can’t. Marie Curie Cancer Care wants to reach all these families, and that is why they need our help. Just £20 pays for a Marie Curie Nurse for one hour in a patient's home.
