Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Those of you who were kind enough to sponsor me last year may remember that I missed my target finishing time of four and a half hours by six minutes, and I was hoping to beat that target this year, Well, unfortunately I didn't run quite as fast as I was hoping - in the end, the weather was too warm for that. It certainly wasn't easy, but I was determined to run every step of the way and I was pleased to get round in 4 hours 42 minutes. It was very moving to see so many people running for so many good causes, and to see so many people come out to support them. Your support for me and for Breast Cancer Campaign has been wonderful and I can't thank all of you enough for allowing me the privilege of participating in such a marvellous event. Breast Cancer Campaign is an excellent charity, funding research into a cure for what I know from my own experience is a devastating disease. It’s now six years since I was diagnosed and I am very lucky to have been able to run 26.2 miles in April to help myself and others survive. So please help to make a difference by donating today.Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Breast Cancer Campaign gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
