My story
I will be running the London 10k Run in July, and I will be raising money for the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young. This is in memory of Ian (Lenny) Linington, a good friend who was taken from us last year. Lenny was always such an active guy, always doing sport and running races (sometimes in other countries!). For me, this is the first time I am doing something like this, so I am hoping for your support.

Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by the sudden cardiac death. We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.
