My personal message:

People,

I am running the Flora London Marathon 08 for Shelter - a a charity that focus on improving the lives of homeless and badly housed people. I have a minimum target of £1600 (set for me by the lovely people at Shelter).

To give you an added incentive to sponsor me generously. I'm asking for sponsorship instead of presents for my upcoming birthday (07/04 in case you've forgotten!).

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Shelter will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
