My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page - I will be running the Great South Run on Sunday 25th October as part of the Alzheimer's Society's "Jog Your Memory" theme.

Maybe you know someone who is suffering from dementia - if you do you will know how hard it hits both the sufferer and their loved ones.

Alzheimer's Society works to raise awareness of dementia and to help sufferers and their families to cope.  Please help me to help them.
