From 21st to 24th July 2010 I will be cycling over 300 miles from London to Paris with Christian Aid to raise money for some of the world's poorest people.

With Christian Aid your money can go a long way. £30 could pay for a rainwater harvester in Bangladesh or £29 could pay for a whole year's supply of school stationary and a school uniform for a child orphaned by HIV in South Africa.

I am paying all of my own costs for this trip so rest assured that every penny you donate will go straight towards helping those in need around the world. Remember I will be spending hours in the saddle getting sore legs, hands and bum. All you've got to do is get your credit card out!
