The 'Cosford Riggers' Running Team work at the Defence College of Aeronautical Engineering (DCAE) Cosford, and will represent Mechanical Training Squadron in the London Marathon '04.

The team have worked hard over the last six months raising money for Samaritans. They were involved in hosting the Heart FM concert with Ronan Keating, as well as completing numerous challenges and endurance-based events.

Staff and trainees at DCAE Cosford have been tremendously supportive, attending events and collecting donations etc. Thanks to everyone's efforts the team are less than £500 from their fund-raising target - It looks as though they'll have to endure their legs being waxed for charity if the target isn't achieved by the time the marathon starts!!
