My personal message:

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Thanks to everyone who has sponsored me and given me support for this glorious bike ride.

There were some moments when the going got tough. Like day three on the 30 mile stretch after lunch,into a head wind out in bleak open fields by the Battle graves of the Somme. But on the whole it was an experience of a lifetime.

In all I covered  305 miles. Day 1-70m. Day 2-82m. Day 3-82m. Day 4-71m.

It's not to late to sponsor me to change other peoples lives for the better.

I'm nearly at my target of £1500  so go on. You know you want to !
