About my charity : Christian Aid Christian Aid
Poverty is an outrage against humanity. It robs people of dignity, freedom and hope, of power over their own lives. Christian Aid has a vision - an end to poverty - and we believe that vision can become a reality.

My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

Following advice from an ankle specialist at Droitwich hospital I have withdrawn from the marathon. The doctor told me quite unequivocally that the damage I've sustained would not take me round the marathon and that there was a high probability I would rupture the tendon if I attempted to run or even walk the marathon. I'm now going for the sympathy vote! So if you have been touched by the plight of the poor in Zimbabwe please donate to Christian Aid.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Christian Aid gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
