My story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
In May 2010 my Warehouse Express colleague Daniel and I will be trekking the Inca Trail in Peru as part of a team raising sponsorship for The British Heart Foundation, the nation's heart charity.
It will be a long, hard trek over rough terrain and at altitudes in excess of 4000m in places. We shall have to train in advance to build up the required levels of fitness, but there's no preparation for altitude sickness. Apparently you either get it or you don't. As someone who can get travel-sick on a 10 minute car journey, I am concerned.
However, it will be the experience of a lifetime with some incredible scenery and, of course, the opportunity to raise money for an extremely worthwhile cause.

Well, we've been there, done it, and returned home in one piece! It was an incredible experience with some equally amzing people, all raising funds for the BHF.
