Thanks for coming here! Please sponsor me online. It makes it so much easier to raise the money I need without all the hassle of chasing people up after the event. This is my first marathon, and I'm panicing a bit because I haven't trained hard enough yet. However, I wanted to complete one before I'm 50. So, after two unsuccessful attempts at the ballot I've opted to run for a local (Bristol) charity. This means I have to raise £1500 before April. Any help will be very much appreciated. I've got to spend my spare time pounding the streets in an effort not to embarrass myself.CLIC are an excellent charity, based in Bristol, but working around the country. They help children and families with childhood leukaemia by providing accommodation near oncology centres, funding doctors, nurses and play specialists, offering crisis-breaks for families, giving care grants and funding research.Any amount will make a difference. Many thanks. Alastair
