My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. As many of you will know I am running the Flora London Marathon for the second year in a row on Sunday 13th April 2008.

I am running for CARERS UK, a great charity who help provide support for individuals who become carers full time providing unpaid care by looking after an ill, frail or disabled family member, friend or partner. Carers give so much to society yet as a consequence of caring, they experience ill health, poverty and discrimination.

I would therefore be grateful if you could please please please dig deep and sponsor me online for such a worthy cause.
