I will be running in the British 10K London Run in July next year for the FSID. The FSID (Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths) is the UK's leading baby charity fighting cot death. In the UK cot death is the single biggest killer of babies over one month old.

I know July '10 is a long way off but the earlier I start, the better. That goes for both raising as much money as possible for the FSID, and getting fit enough to race rather than stumble along!

Over 500 babies die suddenly every year leaving their family devastated, grief-stricken and bewildered. FSID helps heartbroken families through difficult times by providing specially trained Befrienders and a free Helpline.
