The MND Association provides care and support to people with Motor Neurone Disease and to those who care for them. It speaks on their behalf, demanding the best possible standards of care, and promotes and funds scientific research into the causes, treatments and potential cures for the disease.

My personal message:

Please help me raise some money for a good cause - my cousin's husband, Bruce, was diagnosed with MND a few years ago, so it is very important to me. Hopefully my lack of training won't hinder my progress too much! Here's the official bit:
