Our personal message:

Well here we are again.....The British Heart Foundation London to Brighton bike ride 2009.  This will be my third year on this 56 mile trek and I hope to make it a good one.

We will be starting out at 6am in Clapham Common and heading towards the Coast to Brighton in time for lunch.  So make sure you dig deep in those pockets of yours and sponsor me.....
